Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery of the order.
To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also contain the original packaging along with it.

Goods sold from s and d international ecommerce store or mobile app shall be replaced/exchanged/returned in the following conditions only.

Goods received have any manufacturing defect(s)
Package contains items other than ordered.
Package does not contain some/all the items ordered.

Please note: This return policy is only applicable for goods sold through sanddinternational.in e-commerce website and mobile app.

Process to Initiate Return, Refund or Exchange

If the goods received by you fall in any of the aforementioned categories, just email us with the shipping box photo and mentioning the concern

Refunds (if applicable)
If your goods fall in the return category, we will arrange a pick-up for the goods. Once your goods are received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned products and also about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the account provided by you in the aforementioned form, within a span of 7 days from the date of approval.

Please note- the shipping charges and charges for gift-wrapping (if any) paid while placing of order shall are not refunded in any case.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account provided by you in the form. If the same is still not reflected there, then please contact us on sharad.geo@gmail.com or +91 9013950305

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they contain any manufacturing defect(s) or are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us through email explaining the issues you’re facing with the product.
